一、概述

红薯助手（下称「本扩展」）是一款浏览器扩展，帮助用户把自己账号可见的小红书群聊 / 单聊消息与群成员信息导出为 Excel 文件。我们非常重视你的隐私，本政策说明本扩展会接触哪些数据、如何使用、是否会离开你的浏览器，以及你拥有哪些权利。

二、我们处理哪些数据

2.1 仅在你本机读取与保存的数据

2.2 会发送到我们服务器的数据

仅有一项：你的小红书用户 ID。当你打开聊天页或状态页时，本扩展会向我们自有的服务器发起一次查询，用于核对可选的会员状态。该查询：

• 只携带你的用户 ID 这一个参数，不含昵称、聊天内容、群成员信息；
• 服务器只返回会员是否有效与到期日期，不返回、也不留存其他任何内容；
• 查询结果带回扩展后会做防篡改校验，通过后才生效。

2.3 我们不会收集的数据

• ❌ 聊天消息内容、图片、语音、文件
• ❌ 群成员昵称、小红书号、主页链接
• ❌ 你的账号密码、Cookie 或登录凭据
• ❌ 浏览历史、搜索记录、你在其他网站的访问行为
• ❌ 支付信息（本扩展不集成任何支付渠道）
• ❌ 位置信息、通讯录、设备标识

三、数据用途

本扩展处理上述数据的唯一目的，是实现「导出你本人可见的聊天记录」这一单一功能，包括：

• 在你点击导出时，读取你本人有权查看的消息，在本地生成 .xlsx 文件；
• 区分免费版与 VIP 版的导出条数额度；
• 记住你的导出偏好设置。

我们不会将数据用于广告投放、用户画像、数据交易或任何与导出无关的用途。

四、数据存储与保留

• 存储位置：全部保存在你本机的浏览器本地存储中，不落任何云端。
• 保留期限：直至你卸载扩展或手动清除浏览器数据。
• 导出文件：生成的 Excel 文件保存在你指定的本机下载目录，完全由你自行保管。

五、第三方共享

我们不出售、不交易、不共享你的个人信息给任何第三方用于其自身目的。仅在实现功能所必需的范围内，涉及以下服务：

六、数据安全

• 所有网络通信均经过加密传输；
• 会员核对结果带有防篡改校验机制，防止传输途中被修改；
• 扩展只申请功能所必需的权限，不作用于与聊天页无关的网站；
• 与服务端相关的密钥与凭据，一律不放进扩展程序本身。

七、你的权利

• 查看：打开扩展的设置页，即可看到本扩展保存的全部数据（用户 ID、昵称、会员状态、导出设置）。
• 删除：卸载扩展，或清除浏览器扩展数据，即可删除全部本地记录，无需申请。
• 退出：不使用本扩展、不打开聊天页，即不会产生任何数据交互。

八、儿童隐私

本扩展面向具备完全民事行为能力的普通用户，不面向 14 周岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

九、政策变更

本政策如有更新，我们会修改本页顶部的生效日期。若变更涉及数据收集范围的扩大，我们会在扩展更新说明中显著提示。

1. Overview

Hongshu Helper ("the Extension") is a browser extension that lets you export Xiaohongshu (RED) group-chat and direct-message records, plus group member lists, that your own account can already see, into an Excel file. This policy explains what data the Extension touches, how it is used, whether it ever leaves your browser, and what rights you have.

2. Data We Process

2.1 Stored locally on your device only

2.2 Sent to our server

Only one item: your Xiaohongshu user ID. When you open a chat page or the status page, the Extension sends a single query to our own server to verify an optional membership status. This query:

• carries your user ID only — no nickname, no chat content, no member list;
• returns only whether the membership is valid and its expiry date — nothing else is returned or retained;
• is integrity-checked inside the Extension before the result takes effect.

2.3 Data we do NOT collect

• ❌ Chat messages, images, voice, or files
• ❌ Group member names, IDs, or profile links
• ❌ Your password, cookies, or login credentials
• ❌ Browsing history or activity on other websites
• ❌ Payment information (the Extension integrates no payment channel)
• ❌ Location data, contacts, or device identifiers

3. How We Use Data

Solely to deliver the single purpose of exporting chat records you are already entitled to view, to determine your export quota, and to remember your preferences. We do not use data for advertising, profiling, or data trading.

4. Storage & Retention

All data is stored locally in your browser. It is retained until you uninstall the Extension or clear browser data. Exported .xlsx files are saved to your local download folder and remain under your control.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes. Only services strictly necessary for the feature are involved: a cloud service provider (hosting our website and membership check service), and Xiaohongshu (the site you visit yourself while logged in).

6. Security

All network communication is encrypted in transit. Membership check results are integrity-protected against tampering. The Extension requests no permissions beyond what its function requires, and no server-side keys or credentials are ever shipped inside the extension package.

7. Your Rights

You can view all stored data on the Extension's options page, and delete everything at any time by uninstalling the Extension or clearing browser extension data. No request or approval is needed.

8. Children's Privacy

The Extension is intended for general users and is not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes to data collection will be highlighted in the Extension's update notes.
